Refund & Return Policy

At Ember & Bloom, your satisfaction is our priority. We proudly work with trusted suppliers to ensure a smooth experience. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Delayed Orders

If your order has no tracking updates, remains in transit, or expires after 60 days from shipment (45 days for the USA, 110 days for Brazil), you are eligible for a full refund or a reshipment.
Please contact us with your order number if you experience any delay beyond these timelines.

2. Orders Not Received

If the tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, we require an official non-delivery certification from your local post office.
We cannot process refunds for packages marked as delivered without this documentation.

3. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

  • A full refund or reshipment will be offered for severely damaged items.

  • A partial refund may be offered for minor damages (e.g., small scratches, minor dents). Please send us clear photos or a short video showing the damage within 30 days of delivery.

4. Incorrect or Missing Products

We have strict quality checks, but if you receive the wrong item, wrong size/color, or missing parts:

  • We will provide a full refund or reshipment for incorrect products.

  • For missing accessories or parts, we may resend the missing component or offer a partial refund. Please report such issues within 30 days of receiving your order.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled and fully refunded only before they are processed by our warehouse.
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Important Notes:

  • Returns may be required if requested by our support team.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by natural disasters, war, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events.

  • Certain shipping methods and remote areas may have special conditions. Please review shipping options carefully before ordering.
